Steal an Employee Companies: Raidable Company List, Speed Gates, and Location Differences

The raidable companies in Steal an Employee, from starter offices through Axiom Robotics Division, with observed speed thresholds, restock and night-closure behavior, and location differences. A location reference, not a walkthrough.

In Steal an Employee, your steal targets are company workplaces: the progression seen in gameplay runs from generic starter offices through Nova Corp Global Trade, WinCorp, a construction site, Helios Orbital Systems, a bank, Gavl and Gold, Crypto Bros, Victorian Labs, and finally Axiom Robotics Division. Each company is gated behind a speed threshold and staffed with its own themed employees, so choosing where to raid comes down to how much speed you have and which employee pool you want.

Two caveats before the list: these details come from observed gameplay sessions rather than official documentation, and the roster below is not confirmed to include every company on the map. Company names read from play (such as "Gavl and Gold") could also be slightly imprecise, so double-check the signage in-game — and recheck everything after map updates.

Comparison

Comparison
CompanyWhat Gameplay Shows
Starter offices (generic, unnamed)The first steal targets before any named company; raided at very low speed — one player raided at 80 speed while a '10,000 speed recommended' marker was still out of reach.
Nova Corp Global TradeThe first named company in the progression, raided at roughly 10K speed; the employee Dimitri was taken here.
WinCorpNamed as the next company step after Nova Corp ('Excel to WinCorp'); no further details shown in the footage.
Construction site (unnamed in footage)Construction workers with auras; the first raid attempt failed on speed and was retried shortly after.
Helios Orbital SystemsA NASA-style research company; Dr. Hail was taken here.
Bank (unnamed in footage)Banker employees; described as where the money happens.
Gavl and GoldA gold-dealer company; Marcus was taken here.
Crypto BrosA crypto-themed company raided at 55 million speed.
Victorian LabsAn underground lab with hazmat-suited staff, gated at 120 million.
Axiom Robotics DivisionThe final company shown in the progression; robot/AI employees, and the robot Jin was taken here.

One boundary on this list: these companies are NPC workplaces. Rival players' offices are also steal targets ("Let's go and check out other people's places."), but they are player bases rather than fixed company locations.

Speed gates: when each company opens up

Access is speed-gated twice over: each company sits behind a threshold, and you must also be personally faster than the staff you grab ("Hey, buddy. You're not quick enough."). Even meeting the threshold can be tight — one Nova Corp raid worked only because the player was "at least barely" faster than the employees.

Data table

Company
Starter offices
Observed Speed Context (From Gameplay Footage)
Raidable at very low speed from the start.
Company
Nova Corp Global Trade
Observed Speed Context (From Gameplay Footage)
Marked '10,000 speed recommended'; raided at about 10K.
Company
WinCorp
Observed Speed Context (From Gameplay Footage)
No number shown in footage.
Company
Construction site
Observed Speed Context (From Gameplay Footage)
No number shown; the first attempt failed for lack of speed, then 'I think we might have enough speed.'
Company
Helios Orbital Systems
Observed Speed Context (From Gameplay Footage)
Raided after returning with 700,000 speed.
Company
Bank
Observed Speed Context (From Gameplay Footage)
3 million; the player first lacked the speed ('I just don't have the speed for it yet'), then reached 3 mil and raided.
Company
Gavl and Gold
Observed Speed Context (From Gameplay Footage)
About 10 million ('this should get us to that 10 million speed that we need').
Company
Crypto Bros
Observed Speed Context (From Gameplay Footage)
No explicit requirement shown; approached and raided at 55 million speed.
Company
Victorian Labs
Observed Speed Context (From Gameplay Footage)
120 million ('But for now, we need 120 mil.').
Company
Axiom Robotics Division
Observed Speed Context (From Gameplay Footage)
350 million ('We just need 350 million speed.').

Treat these as thresholds observed in play sessions, not confirmed in-game requirement labels — the in-game signs are the authority. One number worth flagging: a readout near Crypto Bros (roughly "36 million") is ambiguous between an employee value and a speed requirement, so check the sign at the company itself rather than relying on it as the gate.

What differs between company locations

Tips

Helios Orbital Systems

Research/space theme — its staff are framed as elite scientists ('Bro, these people work at NASA. These are the smart dudes.').

Bank

Money-handling theme — 'I'm telling you, this is where the money happens.'

Gavl and Gold

Gold-dealer theme ('Okay, fine. Gold dealers.').

Crypto Bros

Crypto theme, with employees like the 'whale' and one wearing dollar signs as glasses.

Victorian Labs

Physically distinct — an underground facility staffed by people in hazmat suits.

Axiom Robotics Division

Robotics/AI theme — its workers are robots rather than people, and the company is shown with notably nice cars.

Construction site

An outdoor worksite crew whose employees carry auras.

Employee availability and restock

Company employee pools are finite and can be emptied. After one player took all remaining Helios Orbital Systems employees, no one was left to steal there, and the game indicated "More employees are going to come in two days" — a roughly two-day restock cycle observed in that single session, not a confirmed fixed timer.

Availability is also time-gated: "Offices are closed at night and they send everyone home," so there is no one to take from offices during the night phase. Whether that closure applies identically to all company types is not specified.

Individual employees seen per company include Dimitri at Nova Corp Global Trade, Dr. Hail at Helios Orbital Systems, and the robot Jin at Axiom Robotics Division. At Axiom, after clearing employees, the player questioned whether any remained ("Is there any other employee we can got buy or is the AI one just maxed out?"). Full per-company rosters are not documented, so treat any company as potentially emptied until you scout it.

Location-specific hazards and access quirks

Mistakes to avoid

Problem
Grabbing an employee and expecting the company to stay passive
Fix
Stealing triggers a hostile reaction immediately — 'The boss gets angry.' the moment a worker is taken, so be ready to move as soon as you grab.
Problem
Assuming a failed construction-site raid just means retrying on the spot
Fix
One player was abruptly removed mid-raid while trying for a specific employee ('You kidding me? Did they just kick me out?'), showing a company can eject a raider — return only when your speed is clearly sufficient.
Problem
Walking into Axiom Robotics Division expecting open interior access
Fix
On returning, the game displayed 'Clearance required. Three names at the back door opens.' The mechanic is shown but never explained in the footage — check the names at the back door in-game.
Problem
Planning around per-company boss fights or escape routes from this page
Fix
Only the reactions above are shown; no other company-specific boss behaviors or escape routes are documented, so scout routes in-game before committing to a raid.
